[Kenwood] TS130 or TS830 Counter/Display PCB

Hi,

I'm looking to find an IC (TC5070P/TC5070BP, pn
V30-1172-06 and no longer available) that's used on
the Counter/Display circuit boards in the following
Kenwood HF transceivers:

TS130S/SE/V (pn X54-1560-00)
TS830S/M: (pn X54-1540-00) 

I'll take what I can find -- the IC, either of the
above PC boards, or a nonworking TS130S/SE/V parts
rig.

PS: I found them available as NOS but 72 Euros (almost
115 USD) is more than a bit stiff.
