[Kenwood] Ailing TS-940

My 940 is pulling a sort of disappearing act on me.  When I first turn it on 
the digital display is complete but in a few seconds it starts to go away 
starting at the right side.  The numbers disappear sequentially to the left 
until the display is blank.  Last year the radio had a complete going over 
by KI4NR and had been working fine.  Since I have been unable to contact him 
by phone or e-mail I would like to find someone else to get it working 
again. I plan to sell it once it is functional as I have an Elecraft K3 on 
order.
