[Kenwood] TS850 blanked display

I have a TS 850SAT whose display blanked. I took it to  my colleague PY7ADI who has also a TS850. He is a telecomunications engineer and diagnosed the problem with the inverter "blackbox" item W02-0677-08 which drives the readouts. He gave this diagnosis after substituting the display from his radio to mine, My question: where could I get this part ?  I emailed to Pacparts two  weeks ago and no reply ! I know that many hams have a TS850 and might help me to locate a source or even have a spare inverter (in working order) from a broken display.
Any help would be appreciated
