[Kenwood] TS-930SAT tuner

Wow! With all the bump and grind I thought the shack had turned into a 
strip club. I had not used the tuner for ages because I have an 
external tuner I use all the time. When I switched to the dummy load 
and keyed the rig in tune with the tuner in auto, it started to make 
noises I NEVER heard before. It did actually arrived at a 1.2 swr but 
then the green tuner LED started blinking and unfriendly noises were 
coming from the rear end (a relay?). I set the rig for CW and adjusted 
the carrier pot for max output and I got about 200W so it can't be all 
bad. Rig has had all the power supply and RF amplifier upgrade mods.

What if anything needs lubrication and is there a way to exercise the 
auto tuner mechanical components periodically without actually sending 
RF through it?
