[Kenwood] TS-950S front panel

Hello,

have had acquired electrically in good order, used TS-950S. Unfortunately 
front panel ( actually the edges and trim are full of horrendous bruises, 
scratches, dents..etc..)
Anyone out there, knows how to refurbish plastics, add paint to plastics and 
make it up to be proud owner of killer rig?? Thanks in advance, with 
discontinued services and parts it is getting hard to keep things tidy!)
