Please accept my apologies for the way in which my first posting came over.

This is just about one of my worst nightmares. I was working far too late at
night and exceedingly tired and ended up making the wrong use of the BCC
facility. No doubt my friend would have had his copy direct but then of
course not only he but the rest of the world saw my supposedly personal
correspondence which I had added to the main body of the text! Perhaps first
and foremost I need "The Complete IDIOTS GUIDE to using BLIND CARBON
COPIES".

My enquiry was a completely genuine one and I do want to know how to get the
best out of what I have, namely, the TS-2000. 

Just because I am aware of the TS-2000 short comings does not mean I can't
work with what I have. I am not a situation where I can go out and purchase
a competition grade transceiver although there is probably the opportunity
to sell the TS-2000 and buy a second hand rig with far better IMD 3 specs.

As I mentioned in the original article because of my suburban noisy
environment and lack of strong local signals and the inability to erect a
serious antenna for DXing on 160 metres the shortcomings of the TS-2000 will
not be so obvious.

In addition, I certainly enjoy having all the "bells and whistles" and I am
continually amazed at the facilities provided and the shack in a box aspect
of it all.
