It's a female plug and the part no. is E30-1648-05 2P and fuse.

Good luck in your hunt, Dayton's coming up in 2 months.

Subject: [Kenwood] TR-9000 Power Cord

I have a Kenwood TR-9000 2m all mode that came without a power cord.

Wondering if anyone has a source for the male plug that would go on the end
of the cord to plug in the back of the radio.

Radio has rectangular plastic socket about 1/4" by 1/2" with 2 round pins
and a small key on the top - I need the plug to mate to it so I can hook it
to DC supply and check it out.

Radio is already "suspect" on whether it works or not, so I'm not wanting to
invest a lot in it just to check it out.

Anyone by chance have a spare or a dead -9000 laying around? Or know of a
supplier?

73,

Jay
