[Kenwood] TS-930S/AT back in business

Good evening to the list,

Barely 24 hours ago, I laid a problem with my 930S at the feet of the 
reflector.  Well, the guru's have spoken and they were right!  Trouble 
was in the Main Encoder Unit.  After preliminary voltage checks, the 
O-scope was alternately connected to points ME-1 and ME-2 and each 
circuit was adjusted for proper timing and 50% duty cycle.  I wouldn't 
have found the problem that quickly without the guidance of those in 
the know.

Many thanks to the list and to Randy, Ken, Bill and a special thanks to 
Don who also took time to forward some tech material that made the 
repair easier.

Just finished a QSO into Michigan and the rig is right on the money.
