[Kenwood] TS 430S help

Need Help with TS430S.
.
Will not key and no side tone in CW mode using hand key...
The Vox works ok in SSB..can send CW if I push the send button in and then use the key..But still no side tone...
been using the radio for years it just stop working on CW correctly one day...Everthing is OK up to the IF board so I think the problem is on the board....... Can you help ??????
