[Kenwood] TS-930 Magic Number

         "No problems" may not apply to *any* 930 serial
numbers, but the major design changes for S/N 310-XXXX and
above are well documented in the Service Manual schematics
(so comprehensive Kenwood includes both sets of schematics).
W6NL's modifications confirm the major changes for the 310
prefixed units and above:

"I was aware of the change of TS-930 design at S/N 310XXXX that 
responded to the many early problems (digital board through holes, 
amplifier through holes, receiver muting, sidetone, etc.) that are 
well documented in listings of modifications, as well as in Kenwood's 
application notes."
