[Kenwood] TS-930 Magic Number

FWIW, I thought about getting a 930 a while back and there was a thread 
about this that one shouldn't get a serial number before 51xxxxx. Don't 
know if that's smoke or fire but there was an after market PIEXX board 
which was supposed to solve whatever problem the early models had.
