[Kenwood] crossband?

On the 731 which is very similar to the 741, you push the Function and the 
ABC key.

I would think the 741 would be pretty much the same way.

How wd one get the 741ª to crossband rpt bothways? Blue jumper is removed.

It will work one way but not the other. It is a dualband 2m/440.
