[Kenwood] Which Dual Bander?

I am looking for a dual band (144/440) that has a 10W
mid level Pout setting for 2m & does NOT receive when
transmitting (I will be using it for a half-duplex
cross band setup).  It does not need to have any other
bells & whistles.
