[Kenwood] TM-V7A - Preferred HT to Remote Control?

The reviews do sound good.  Are you remote controlling
a V7A with yours?

I'd really like to hear what is known to work well for
that app.

I should have also said that I'd like dual-receivers for
split-band operation.
