[Kenwood] Keying on 30 meters

I'm having a strange problem with 30 meter operation.  When I manually key
my TS-940 it operates normally with full power to the antenna.  If I try to
send by keying with my computer, the 940 locks up at full power out steady
state.  However, if I reduce power by about half it works ok into my
antenna.  When I use a dummy load and use computer keying I get normal
operation with full power.

This is a new condition as I have had normal operation in the past and I
have not changed anything in the shack.  Any suggestion would be greatly
appreciated.
