[Kenwood] TS-430 quit

Hello Kenwood Reflector:
                                 Have a well used 430 that suddenly quit.  The display only shows one number, when you rotate the vfo it changes 0-9.  When you select m.ch and twist the knob the relays chatter like crazy.  AF, squelch controls, rf gain seem normal but only receiving white noise. Has no rx or tx.   
Anyone have a clue, this was a good working unit before it quit.
