Kenwood PL tone encoder for sale:

Kenwood TU-4 C
Subaudible (PL) encoder for Kenwood TW-4000
This unit provides separate tones for the VHF (2 m) portion
and the UHF (440 MHz) portion. It plugs in to the TW-4000
to provide the tones. No adjustments are normally needed.
This one is in its original box with paper work, hardware, etc.
$60

Other Kenwood items For Sale:

Kenwood TM-221 A, 2 meter FM transceiver
This 2 meter FM rig will receive from about 138 to
174 MHz, while transmitting on the entire 2 meter
band. It has memories, as well as VFO and "Call"
channel, with scan, and the normal bells and whistles.
Subaudible tone (PL) encoder is built in.
Output power is up to 45 Watts, or about 6 watts
in low power.
This particular unit works 100%, and looks fine as well.
Mobile mounting bracket, power cord, microphone, and
paper work are included for $90.

Kenwood TR-2400, 2 meter FM HT
The TR-2400 covers the 2 meter band with about 1.5
watts of power. It has memories, scan, DTMF Touch tone
pad, etc. Compared to some of the newer HTs, this one
is very easy to operate.
This particular TR-2400 works fine. It looks good, but not
mint. The battery pack has been replaced with NiMH
batteries, which seem to hold a charge fine.
The LCD display is clear, with no defects.
The TR-2400 had a place to install an optional PL subaudible
tone encoder. I have a new, still in the original package,
encoder that I will include with the HT. I planned to install it,
but never did.
Charger, rubber duck antenna, and paper work are included
for $60.

Small Kenwood hand microphone
This is like the small hand mic that came with the
Kenwood TR-7400. It is a 500 ohm dynamic mic.
No model number on it, but it looks close to new,
and works fine. If you like a smaller mic, compared
to the MC-35 or MC-30, this is it. $30

Kenwood MJ-68 microphone connector adapter
Converts a round 6 pin Kenwood mic connector, so it can
be plugged into a Kenwood rig with the round 8 pin
connector. Like new. $20

Power cord for many of the newer 2 meter and 440 MHz rigs
that take the "T" 2 pin connector. This fits many rigs other
than Kenwood rigs. $12

Kenwood PB-21 battery pack for TH-21 / 31 / 41 series HTs
This battery pack does not hold a charge well. Physically it is
fine, but it needs a new "insert" in it. $15

Special Rubber Duck antennas for Kenwood TH-21 series HTs
with the threaded connector
Aftermarket stubby, 3.3 inches long $10
Kenwood RA-8 Stubby, 4 inches long $12
Kenwood regular, 6.6 inches long $10
Combo set of long 11.5 inch "gain" antenna and 4 inch stubby - $22

Antenna adapter to fit the BNC connector on the HT and provide
an SO-239 connector that will permit a PL-259 to be attached. $5

Belt clip for TR-2400 HT, complete with hardware - $8

Kenwood SMC-24 speaker microphone
Fits Kenwood TR-2400 HT and others. This one looks fine
and works fine. $18

Wrist strap - I think it fits most Kenwood (and maybe other) HTs - $4

Battery charge cable for Kenwood TR-2400 HT
This is an adapter that permits one to charge the battery of the
Kenwood TR-2400, 2 meter HT, outside of the HT itself. Usually,
one must have the battery inside the HT, but this lets you charge
a second battery outside of the HT. The original charger is used.
It is in good shape, and works fine. $3

Service manual for Kenwood TR-2600 HT - $10

Service manual for Kenwood TS-930 HF transceiver - $20

Operating manual for Kenwood TS-930 HF transceiver - $15

Operators manual for Kenwood TW-4000 dual bander - $15

Prices do not include shipping from Florida.

Thanks.
