[Kenwood] kenwood ts 130v

In my opinion, it's not worth the time, effort to redesign circuits in
the receiver and transmitter, and the expense. Sell the 130 and, if you
want an older all solid-state rig that will cover 160, get a TS180, 430,
440, etc.
