[Kenwood] TM-271A

Hi Chuck...if your 271 is anything like my 731 that it could be the
power chip and if so you might be able to fix it. Inside the chip there
is a  trace that opens. It is a simple matter to separate the down and
top of this chip and fix the trace with a little solder.

I can't find it now but there is a web page that shows the trace. Do a
search on the part no. on the power chip.
