[Kenwood] Kenwood announces new TM-V71

Sounds like it is only a marketing date and not a
shipping date.

It will be interesting to see what they announce as
a shipping date - the expectation is that they will
at least have a demo rig at Dayton.

"Kenwood Corporation (President and CEO: Haruo Kawahara, Head Office: 
Hachioji, Tokyo) will start marketing sequentially from the end of May 
(June) a new FM mobile transceiver: the 144/430 (440) MHz FM Dual bander 
TM-V71 Series."
