[Kenwood] FS: TR7600 fixer upper

I have a Kenwood TR7600 that is being sold as a parts
rig or fixer upper.  It comes on, the display lights
up (but doesn't change) and you hear static in the
receiver.  That is all I can say about it.  It comes
with the power cord, but no mic.  Taking offers, make
a reasonable one, and it is yours.
