[Kenwood] Rebuild Batteries?

Thanks to all those who replied to this inquiry.  Since I've already 
replaced these batteries I might look for 'someone else' who would want 
to rebuild them. I hate throwing something out if it's useful.
NEXT QUESTION:
Anyone know the difference between the HMC-1, 2, & 3 headsets? The two 
pin plugs look the same. Are they interchangeable?
