[Kenwood] TM-241A

Turn OFF. Hold in MR button then turn ON. This will perform a reset. If the
scrambled display persists then it may need the memory battey replaced. The
memory batteries only last about 5 years and replacing them is not for the
unexperienced as they are soldered in place.
