[Kenwood] TS-450SAT low receive

Hi All

I have a pair of TS-450SAT's and one of them is real weak in receive.

I can tune in a station on radio 1 and it will deflect the S-meter to S-9.

On radio 2 I can tune in the same station the S-meter will show about S-3.

I can switch the RX M button to read db and both radios will show the same 
deflection, from -20 to about the zero mark, but signals are WAY down on 
radio 1.  Any ideas out there?  Thanks and 73.
