I just read the whole report.  By the time I finished, I'd already forgotten

Wow...I was more interested in (and surprised about) the HF band 
re-allocations, esp 75M (additional 150KHz for Extras and smaller amounts 
for Adv/Gen).

Lots of other rule changes too.  I'm waiting for the synopsis from amateur 
news sources...don't have the time right now to read through all 40+ pages 
of dry reading.  =)
