Hi Rob

I work in a repair shop here where we do repairs on sewing machines.  We've 
found that 3 in 1 oil is parafin based oil, and the parafin will build up 
over a period of time.  Go to a sewing machine shop and get a good grade of 
non-parafin based sewing machine oil.  73
