I have a AT-250 hooked to a TS-430s that has problems on just 80 and 160. All other bands resolve swr to less than 1.2 in about 5 secs. The tuner just keeps hunting on 80/160. To rule out any weird reactance with my antenna, I performed the same test on a dummy load and same thing happens -- keeps hunting on 80 and below, works fine on all other bands. Greg W5RY
