[Kenwood] TS-830S

The Inrad QRO kit increases the TS-830S output power by 25%.  It is near the 
bottom of this page:

Check here too.  These folks seem to caution against such an increase.

When you think about it, a 25% increase is not very much. Many folks say a 3 
dB improvement is the least that is noticeable.

Regardless, you might be able to get a 25% increase in ERP by simply 
replacing your feedline with a lower loss type.
