[Kenwood] Update.TS930/940/950 tuning knob rubber ring.

Hello Rick,
Thank you for the information. I will look into their availability 
over here. With regard to the choice of rubber used for the home 
production of the tuning ring. I have made a number of enquiries, and 
the quality of the casting rubber used can be very high, especially if 
a silicone based material is chosen. This can be obtained in small 
quantities of 0.5kg, enough to produce 50 rubber rings, at a cost of 
around $0.7 each, so, if my Kenwood "back order" fails to arrive, then 
my "Plan B" will be implemented, and if I succeed, I will have gained 
in experience, and have enough spare tuning rings for life!!
