[Kenwood] I have a junker TS-950SDX WANT TO SELL OFF PARTS need help repairing s few rigs

fINAL nd tuner unit. All boards. This TS-950SDX was a EBAY special!
 
   The dude said it worked. for $1799, ok.
 
     did get  ultra rare DX contacts.  The RF  speech proc with 150W does 
make you stand out. I use the 1.8KHZ + 2.7 kc  filter and I roll of the bass at 
300HZ with the basic DSP built in. for TX.  This way I can run up to 12db 
(absolute peak) of true RF compression. So my  bandwidth is perhaps 2.4KC max.
 
  The Rig did the old smoker-roo trice on the final. I let a real hack  try 
to repair it.
I now have 2 TS-950SDX,s
 
1) For parts
2) The second ebay special worked for three weeks. It had the fused bias  
resistor mod, so no smoke.
 
   It works great. However it is now a QRP rig. Maybe 15W out  max.
 
    So I have all the parts to a 950SDX. I also need advice  on power on the 
working rig.
It has to be simple. Sure wish Cliff was still in business!

PS. Everybody thought I was a Moron for buying TS-850's TS-950's and TR-7's  
and 1 R-7A.
The R-7A is ultra rare.
 
  Also the secret is out. The TS-850, and 950SDX were the best radio's  
Kenwood made.
Try to buy an 850, 950SDX or TR-7/R-7A on EBAY these days.  They  simply are 
not up for sale anymore.
 
  The TS-950SDX is just as good as those new 8-12 thousand dollar  radio,s
