[Kenwood] TS 950SD

Hi Michael,

check the www.mods.dk nad a site of guy in Romania. If I recalled right, it 
has to do with poor soldering of resistor array on either digital unit or 
PLL unit. Also I remember that it was stated as being typical  problem for 
950S/SD. So far, my 950SDX works like a champ.

I have lost the frequency display on my 950.  Turning the dial will cause 
the display to return for about one second then the cw coded message "UL" is 
sent and the frequency display goes out again.  I assume that the "UL" means 
the frequency synthesizer is "unlocked".
Any ideas where to start my search?
Resetting the microprocessor does not help.
