[Kenwood] TS850 Tuning Knob

Hi Paul,

I had the problem, and adjusting the front and rear portions as 
mentioned by others here didn't really fix the problem.  I ended up 
using some oil to lubricate it.  (I had to take the knob off using an 
allan wrench in order to do that.  Now it works much better.
