[Kenwood] TS-850 : Problem power and modulation, please help me ...

Hi all,

When my 850 is in good temperature, I press to ptt microphone and talk, the
power go up to 100 watts, down to 30-50 watts and go up again softly to 100
watts and the modulation is comprehensible but bad.
When it's cold it doesn't like to have this problem ...

I see this problem in sstv too.

Is someone have already this problem ?
