[Kenwood] TS-520 low power output

I have a 520 and the manual. The TUNE position limits the power output to
very low so you can safely tune up without destroying your finals.

The procedure for tuning up is in the manual. Also check the SG switch on
the back of the rig - It can shift during shipping.

There is a SEND switch you can use in CW mode to check full output, but
please read the manual act accordingly before you try it so you don't
zorch your radio.
