[Kenwood] TS-870s repair

[W5FKX - Don]

The TS-870 of an old friend was damaged during Katrina and he is just now 
trying to get back on the air. As his health is not good, I am helping him 
and I am sending the rig out for repair. As I am not a Kenwood user, I am 
unfamiliar with the response & turnaround times for the three listed repair 
centers in CA, VA, & United Radio, NY. I would appreciate any suggestions.
