[Kenwood] ts 870 control program

I think during the first year or two the 870 was being made and sold, 
kenwood shipped a CD with the rig that had software for running the rig 
with a PC.  they quit including it after that; I don't know why.  maybe 
it was too much of a pain in the neck to keep it current with windows.
