[Kenwood] TM-742A Question

I have a TM-742A that is malfunctioning.

It is 2M/220/440 and I have the modules installed in that order.

 

The unit powers on just fine, but it has no RX on all 3 bands.  

On RX:

Squelch control knob full CCW gives no un-squelched noise on all 3 band
units.

Will not receive NOAA transmission on VHF band unit.

On TX:

The unit shows PTT and indicates TX power, when keyed, on all 3 bands, 

but it is not putting out any RF power.

 

Any suggestions on where to look?
