[Kenwood] KVT-10 camera unit

Is anyone familiar with the KVT-10 sstv camera unit?  Kenwood wasn't 
much help other than they are discontinued.  I haven't found much info 
about them other than they appear to be the commercial version of the 
VH-C1 with some subtle differences

I traded some old rock bound Motorola Maxar 80's, some Regency TR200's 
and some mikes for a pair of  KVT-10's with the rubber case's and 
unterminated data cables. No manual's though.

In working with them I find they do take pics, but lacking any 
connection info I am hesitant to connect them to any of my equipment for 
fear of letting out the factory installed smoke in them and/or my radio's.

The bottom line here is, are they worth anything or did I get a BOHICA 
on this deal? If it's a good thing I can get 2 more of them.
