[Kenwood] TS-480 SAT Won't tune & low output

I use my internal tuner to extend the usable frequencies on my 75m dipole
and my PRO57-B. Mostly broadening 75 and 10m FM. Been that way since I got
it. It will not now tune. I get High SWR warning and low power out (25w) on
a known good antenna as well as a dummy load on all HF bands. It did this
once about a month ago. I did a partial reset. It seemed to clear itself
after a couple transmissions once that was done. But a partial reset doesn't
change the tuner presets. So that may have just been coincidence. I have
done a full reset this time to no avail. Anyone else experience this?
