[Kenwood] TS-930 Audio Pop when power turn on

I have a TS-930 that has an annoying loud pop from the speaker when I turn 
it on.  Also there is no delay in the audio coming on like my TS-940 and 
TS-850.  Is there normally a delay and if so, does anyone know where the 
delay is generated. I would think it would be on the AVR board but not sure.
