Good morning, I have a TS-520S that I have battled for years. It all started with the tuning becoming intermittent. I found that the grease had become hard on the VFO shaft where a grounding wiper makes contact. I have had it apart 3 times over the years, but the problem keeps coming back. Does anyone have a more permanent solution? Thanks, Joe
