[Kenwood] TS870 serial numbers

Production halted in 2004 so the last ones had serial numbers that 
started with 6.  I think
the change to prom chips in production took place in 1996 so 870s with 
numbers starting with 9, 0, 1-6, i.e. made in 1997 and after, should be 
okay.  I do not have the exact date or serial number break point after 
which the mods were done in production, but maybe someone else does.
