[Kenwood] Help with TS-950SD

I have a TS=950SD it has recently had new final transistors installed.
"I sent it in for a no transmit problem"  "would not key up"
I was originally told the TX board was bad then they decided the transistors
were bad...

These problem showed up when I got it back.

3 problems   they are probably all associated


1   The VOX is out. If I turn the Vox on The radio locks down into transmit.

    Delay, Gain, Anti, adjustments make no difference.
    I have to turn the VOX off to get it back into receive mode.

2   CW key does not key the radio. I have a sidetone and keyer speed
adjustments, monitor works fine.

3   Computer Rig Control works "partially"
    The data flows from the radio to the computer. I can see my frequency
mode etc on the computer.
    I can not get the radio to change bands or frequency via computer
controls...
    When I send the string from the computer the radio beeps but does not
change frequency..

Any help would be appreciated
