[Kenwood] TS-830S problem

I rember seeing this same set of questions several weeks ago, along with at
least two answers/suggestions.

One was to check/tighten all the PC board mounting screws as the copper
sometimes corrodes where it sits on the steel radio mounting frame. Another
was that either a coupling capacitor in the receive audio chain is breaking
down, or a resistor has gone very noisy. Since there isn't much circuitry
in the audio chain that's still powered up during both receive and
transmit, this should be relatively easy to track down.
