[Kenwood] Frequency tuning read out and MARS/CAP mod. for TS-930S

I would like to increase the frequency tuning digital readout from 100Hz to 
10Hz. And also add  MARS /CAP ability to my TS-930S.  Any help will be 
greatly appreciated.
