[Kenwood] Enabling 10 Hz display on TS-430?

Hi All,

I have a 430 here that I would like to enable the 10Hz digit on. The manual
says to cut the "indicated jumper" on the control board. The manual that I
downloaded off the net has a terrible picture of the control board (nearly
black) and I can't find the jumper. What's the "PCB board lettering" say?

Oddly enough, I did this mod to another TS-430 less than a year ago (had
factory manual). What do they say about one's memory as you get older?
Something to the effect that "The memory is the 2nd thing to go, and I don't
remember what the first was" ;-)
