[Kenwood] TS850 external control program in C with source code

Dear,

I'm looking for small programs, preferrably written in C and with their source code (for easiness of later adaptation/experimentation) that could be used as a dedicated program or as an insert into an existing program, to act as the Tx-counterpart for those small receive-only SDR hardware-packages that pop up, nowadays.

To start, just the VFO A-frequency (FA-command) and Mode (MD-command) should be handled.
The commands to the TS850 should be sent to the common serial port of the PC. (to end up at the 6pin TS850 data port through a suitable level interface)

Does anyone know the existence of such programs or is willing to share his developments?
