[Kenwood] Problem with "return hf " caused by linear amplifier

Allan, the best way to check for the infamous dc-dc board failure, is put 
the rig in cw mode and push the "send" button (I think, as it's been a few 
years since I had an 850") but anyway you keydown in cw mode. If it's the 
dc-dc board problelm, your ouput will vary. It might drop to 90, then go 
back up, drop again, etc. In other words, in lockdown mode, where it should 
be steady, it's not.
