[Kenwood] Kenwood Commercial HT TK-380 info

Anyone have a source for service manuals for the TK-380 series? How 
about firmware to bring them up to the latest level, or any modification 
information as to what diodes/resistors need to be altered to switch the 
models between the various frequency ranges, listed ranges are 400-430, 
450-490 or 470-512. Note absence of 440-450 for ham use.
