My TS-570D does some weird things when I adjust the squelch control.
When the knob is turned to above "6" the radio jumps into split mode and the frequency on VFO A starts scanning down the band.
Turning the squelch knob back to 0 and up again the radio jumps into memory mode.
Turning the squelch knob back to 0 and up again the radio returns to the frequency I was on before I touched the squelch.
I've done a full reset and that didn't fix it. Any ideas?

Seems like the two functions should be totally unrelated. That being the case, perhaps there is a grounding problem within the rig? I think I would try to check for any contacts that might show some oxidation.
